Our studio is quietly tucked away in the corner of the Westwood Plaza, just a short walk past the movie theatre. Just breathe was created to provide a comfortable, dedicated, healing environment for mindful movement practices. While yoga and other mindful movement classes are held throughout the community, most are done in spaces that lack the healing nature that can bring the experience to its full capacity. Enjoy your class on the comfort of a bamboo floor, in gentle lighting and serene surroundings that help you escape the cares of the hectic world. We invite you to feel the difference a dedicated, healing space can bring to your mindful-movement practice!
